GLOBAL MASTER TOY PARTNER FOR WARNER BROS. PICTURES’
UPCOMING COMEDY ADVENTURE, HAPPY FEET^TM

BURBANK, Calif., February 9, 2006 – Warner Bros. Consumer Products announced today that it has awarded Thinkway Toys the global master toy license for the upcoming theatrical release
Happy Feet^TM, from Warner Bros. Pictures and Village Roadshow Pictures, scheduled to dance its way into theaters nationwide November 2006.

As part of this agreement, Thinkway Toys will manufacture, market and sell a full line of toys inspired by the eagerly awaited comedy adventure film, including the lead item, an interactive singing and dancing plush, as well as tap dancing penguin feet, dance mats, a karaoke microphone and other toys based on the film. The line also includes collectible figures, play sets and role-play toys. These items are set to hit retail stores worldwide beginning in fall 2006.

A comedy adventure, Happy Feet is set deep in Antarctica. Into the land of the Emperor Penguins where each needs a heart song to attract a soul mate, a penguin is born who cannot sing. Our hero Mumble, son of Memphis and Norma Jean, is the worst singer in the world… however, as it happens, he is a brilliant tap dancer.

With memorable characters brought to life by incredible voice talent, Happy Feet features music and dance sequences, as well as stunning photo-real imagery unlike any other CGI film to date. Happy Feet is sure to melt the hearts of moviegoers around the world!

Warner Bros. Pictures presents, in association with Village Roadshow Pictures, a Kennedy-Miller production in association with Animal Logic Film, a George Miller film, Happy Feet, directed by George Miller, produced by Doug Mitchell, Bill Miller, George Miller, written by George Miller, John Collee, Judy Morris, Warren Coleman, executive produced by

Happy Feet will be released in 2006 by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company, and in select territories by Village Roadshow Pictures.
