THINKWAY TOYS announces the signing of a global deal with DIC ENTERTAINMENT to develop a new line of toys around the dynamic launch of the refreshed Strawberry Shortcake brand, which is being introduced to a new generation of kids in Spring 2003.
The line will include many different types of toy products from the role play, real food, and youth electronics categories, and will feature Strawberry Shortcake in a variety of environments."We are very excited about this launch," said Albert Chan CEO of Thinkway Toys, "Strawberry Shortcake is one of the toy businesses" most enduring properties, and it is an honor to be chosen to participate in the launch of the updated property.
The line will preview at Toyfair in Spring 2003, and will launch at major retailers in fall 2003.
